Ziyu Chen

Hi👋, I'm Ziyu.

Currently a master's student at the University of Chicago Data Science Institute. I also work closely with Professor Arman Cohan and Yilun Zhao at Yale NLP. I earned my bachelor's degree with a double major in Computer Science and Biosystems Engineering from Zhejiang University, where I was fortunate to be advised by Professor Jake Zhao.

My research interests focus on language models through two directions: understanding and enhancing their capabilities, and developing methods to adapt them to real-world (with a recent focus on accelerating scientific discovery).
